Salmon Tagliatelle Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 100g smoked salmon, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon, strained
- 100ml double cream
- 275g tagliatelle
How to make Salmon Tagliatelle
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the salmon, stir, and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cook for a few mins.
- Add the cream and season. Cook over low heat for 5 mins.
- Cook the tagliatelle in a saucepan of salted water until al dente.
- Drain, toss with the sauce, and cook for a few mins more.
