Salmon Tagliatelle Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 100g smoked salmon, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon, strained
  • 100ml double cream
  • 275g tagliatelle

How to make Salmon Tagliatelle

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the salmon, stir, and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cook for a few mins.
  2. Add the cream and season. Cook over low heat for 5 mins.
  3. Cook the tagliatelle in a saucepan of salted water until al dente.
  4. Drain, toss with the sauce, and cook for a few mins more.
